This month we’ll see the 1954 Henri-Georges Clouzot classic Les Diaboliques.
Two teachers in a French boys school (Simone Signoret and Véra Clouzot) decide to murder Clouzot’s tyrannical husband, who’s both the school director and Signoret’s lover). But that ain’t the half of it. A deeply perverse—and thoroughly delicious—journey through human malice. (117 minutes)
